Our market-driven menu features elevated yet approachable dishes with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. About Us: At Fausto, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience that combines sophistication with community values. Our kitchen is a dynamic space where creativity and teamwork bring our culinary vision to life. About the Role: This entry-level position offers room for growth, with opportunities to advance to other kitchen stations over time. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, preferably in casual or fine dining environments. Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease and efficiency. Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. Responsibilities and Duties: Station Management: Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and closing down your station according to our standards. Preparation: Prep items for daily service and the weekly prep schedule. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for over 6 hours. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of quality in all menu items. Team Support: Carry out additional tasks as directed by management to support overall kitchen operations.
